Elam lives on an Amish dairy farm with his wife Mary Anne, and their 7 children. He knows the value of farmland, farm equipment, and construction equipment since he grew up on a dairy farm and has been doing construction for many years.
Elam handles the daily operations at Double E Auction Service LLC, which include consultation, contracting, project negotiations, marketing, conduct of auctions, and auction settlement. He has been handling auctions since 2008 and strives for excellent customer relations and satisfaction.
